This is flower motif modified cluster cocktail ring. The Emerald is first surrounded by Diamond pave then the textured yellow gold flower petals. This technique is well know in the Jewellery industry but haven't been seen very often in actual practice. Reason being that is it hard for the Jewellery designer to pair the textured surface with just any colour gem stones.
