This is a pear shape Blue Sapphire diamond ring, with the sapphire represent the head of a serpent and the ring itself is the body of the serpent encircling the finger. It is a very unique yet bold design as most of the serpent look like design will normally have the serpent head paved and for us we are using the whole main stone to represent the head of the serpent.
