This is a heart shape pendant necklace. The length of the necklace is adjustable and there are 2 diamond set star motif integrated into the chain. The star motif in the chain matches the ones that surrounded the pink sapphire. The pink sapphire is pretty much in its rough state. The pink sapphire is surrounded by diamonds pave and on the outer circle there are 6 star motif encrusted in diamonds. The diamond encrusted star motif matches the ones on the chain.
